Terms and Conditions
Dear Client,

The following are my Terms and Conditions I would ask you to adhere to, when you are considering a purchase
of an existing piece or making an appointment for a consultation or a commission. I believe setting down a few
ground rules will make the process easier  and fair on both parties.

Deposits Required:
 When ordering an artwork- either from my website, my portfolio, at an exhibition or through a                             
  consultation appointment, I would require a minimum of AED 200 non- refundable cash deposit with your           
  order.
 This deposit will be deducted from the final amount payable for the artwork.
 Banking details for electronic transfer will be available upon request.

Personalized Services:
 If an order for an artwork results from an appointment that has been made for a personal consultation at           
  your home, AED 100 will be added to the final price of the artwork, payable by you, for costs occurred               
  in consequence of the consultation.

Shipping:
 Shipping can be arranged to any destination. I will be using the standard postal systems to mail your art            
  to you. Couriers can also be arranged upon your specific request.
 Please be advised that you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping. For standard mail, including the       
  packaging, will be AED 100.
 Courier costs will have to be confirmed.
 Shipping has to be paid at the time of purchasing the artwork.
 Artwork will not be shipped unless full payment for the artwork and the shipping has been received.
